wake up 6:30 get kids up and going
get wyatt started on homework
kick jake of the computer
make breakfast
dillon goes to swing choir
paden informs us he can be addressed as mr. president
feed the kids and take liv and hoss to the before school program
paden tells us he is seminary class president for the term (hence the title)
kick out jr high and high school kids
read blogs and email, realizing again i shouldn't go a day without doing that
do dishes and start cleaning the rest of the house (mainly kids rooms)
give up and make a list for the kids to do it
vow to deny everything til rooms are cleaned
update my blog from yesterday
wonder about housing choices we made yesterday-feeling ok about it
troy calls and i gab with him for a sec
dillon calls from school to tell me he is seminary class president (funny huh?)
i get ready wondering what to do with my hair-it is way grown out of it's style
chat with ginger on the phone for a while find out i need to get paden on some waiting lists and signed up for college
go to work, turn on computer, dig in for the day, wonder how my boss's flight is going
work, get a phone call from boss
he announces the camcorder was left on the plane in the midwest (they are on the east coast by now) could i please find it.
i look to see where the plane went after detroit, make a call and find it right away! (thank you, thank you, please hold your applause)
decide that i need a secretary like me for myself
boss's hotel doesn't have his reservation, i decide that maybe i am not such a great secretary
boss gets room everything hunky dory
i confirm other reservations to be sure
get ready to leave for wrestling match at 4
paden asked me to text him names and numbers of people to work for him tomorrow, i tell him when i get home i will be glad to
match starts at 4:25 forget i have other children at home at 5:45
wyatt is pinned
troy runs to get kids and his stuff for the football game out of town as soon as the wrestling match is over
we find a ride for troy so he can carpool
jacob request to please go back to my house i don't see why not so he goes
emmett is at karate liv is in the hall we are watching the match
starting to wonder if match is ever going to end i am hoarse from screaming encouragement
wyatt pins his guy (yeah! wyatt)
i go to pick up hoss, take kids home, troy leaves for football game
i feed kids and go pick up wyatt
i wait for the team to finish rolling mats and cleaning gym
see that dillon can work for paden so i call boss and the deed is done
start to do the room mom duties for halloween
have prayer, tell kids to clean rooms and go to bed
mom comes to get jacob, asks if i have paden signed up for college (how come everyone knows this except for me?)
olivia asks to sleep at grandma's and the boys wonder why they can't, grandma, jacob and liv leave
fix myself some hot chocolate sit down to read jeannie's blog
ginger and minn haven't done theirs
tell boys to go to bed again
wait for troy, paden and dillon
update blog about happenings
paden calls and of course since i wasn't there he got some big plays in at the game
i tell paden i got dillon switched to work for him
dillon doesn't like being told i did that
i explain that he can do this one thing he asked to be paid for babysitting tomorrow
i remind him he eats my food etc
we win football game 39-6
i am really bummed i had to stay home from game
realize that my little ones at home love me for staying home
boys on the way, troy on the way, glad boys are able to drive themselves so i can just stay in my house
finish room mom stuff til later
settle down to wait for the rest of my family
love my clean kitchen!!
